  1. Die easy
  2. Don't level with you 
  3. Deal low damage
  4. Affect Stealth
  5. Trigger Pressure plates
  6. Stray dog is not a name
  7. 500 gold for a dog that die is not useful (Vigilance in Markarth)
  8. Meeko will die minutes after following you into a fight with almost any enemy
